THE project

Story House balances a residential sanctuary within the busy hub on Kangaroo Point. Story House is home to 86 apartments,  laid across eight stories, comprising 32 studios and 54 one-and-two-bedroom apartments. The building provides residents with as 800m² of communal space, two level basement parking and a communal rooftop garden. Residents will enjoy a high level of interior finish and a spectacular rooftop oasis, featuring a lap pool with a pool deck, spa, yoga lawn, dining and barbecue area and an outdoor gym.
