Hillyard House

Hillyard House is characterised by its curved facade, Palm Springs-inspired aesthetic of warm pastel colours with panoramic city views. Hillyard House is reinventing how people rent in Brisbane by creating premium living experiences designed exclusively for the rental market. It features 150 build-to-rent apartments across 15 levels and a resort style rooftop terrace with a pool, wellness area, private dining and yoga lawn.
