

Hillyard House presents a distinctive curved facade against the Brisbane and Woollongabba Skyline, driven by its’ unique floorplate shape. The building’s curved design leverages panoramic city views for all residents. Throughout the building, the design feels welcoming and residents enjoy a Palm Springs-inspired aesthetic of warm pastel colours. Hillyard House is reinventing how people rent in Brisbane by creating premium living experiences designed exclusively for the rental market. It features 150 build-to-rent apartments across 15 levels and a resort style rooftop terrace with a pool, wellness area, private dining and yoga lawn.
