Located on the corner of a busy roundabout along Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville, this site offers tenants excellent frontage with convenient customer access. Features include having over 2,000m2 of industrial space, the fuel outlet 7-Eleven and the fast food tenant KFC. Although predominately industrial, the design still maintains a strong connection to the environment.
