“The completed development will create a vibrant community node consistent with the aspirations of the planning scheme through the inclusion of a diverse range of retail offerings, expanded pedestrian walkways, contemporary building design and vibrant hard and soft landscape architecture treatments. The proposed centre features an active retail environment which offers its customers a development which is more than merely a place to collect the weekly groceries by providing a centre that contributes to the social capital of the area and creates a destination.”
